At K Soy Kandles, we take pride in our handmade products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Returns must be requested via email before items are sent back
Please note: due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in colour or appearance are normal and do not qualify as faults.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used candles or melts
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items bought at in-person events unless faulty
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
